With over two decades' worth of experience in the employ of the UK government in various capacities ranging from Procurement Specialist, to Training and Development Manager, Usha is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply [MCIPS], who has developed policies for newly centralised procurement divisions, and assisted in the formulation of training strategies within government.

Having been a keynote speaker for the International Women's Day for Cross Government 2010 as well as a Young Black and in Business Entrepreneurs Workshop 2010, she has successfully  developed and delivered courses on the Principles of Procurement, Leadership, Confidence Building, Presentation Skills and other bespoke training programmes for clients from public, private, corporate, voluntary and charity sectors. Usha is also a founder of a faith-based charity, an aroma therapist, mentor, and business strategist.
