BIOG:
Jacky Lewis is a long-established workplace trainer, coach and corporate trouble-shooter; she works with a wide range of organsiations including law firms, barrister's chambers and banks. She comes from a psychological background and is a trained existential psychothapist. Her field of special interest is in how a knowledge of psychology can enhance organisational growth. She has just written a chapter on 'Workplace Coaching' for Palgrave Macmillan which will be published in Spring 2012.
